In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it. If recipient is not home we will tag door and return arrangement to the store. We will attempt to phone/redeliver the next day. If you would like other delivery arrangements please let us know when you place your order.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.
