Flower Shop Delivery Policy

  A local delivery fee between $5.00 and $7.00 will be added to each order,

  for each address. ( Fee will vary on deliveries that are outside our local delivery area)

 Wire Transfers will include $7 fee plus delivery. (Minimum order for wire transfer is $40)

 U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m.  in order to assure same-day delivery.

 Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

 We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we

 cannot guarantee it.

 We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Orders requesting delivery on this day will

 be delivered the following business day.

 Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

 We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are

 unable to accept international orders over the internet.

 Delivery Substitutions - We may ask for a second choice regarding specific items to assure

 a timely delivery of your gift. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible

 to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers

 and plants. Specific varieties of colors may not always be available or meet our

 quality standards. Substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and

 container requirements. In the case of a substitution, a similar item will be substituted - 

 especially in the case of seasonal items.  FBC cards not valid on online orders.
